Exchange and Return Policy

At Vonavoy, we ensure our customers have the right to request a replacement or refund for any product purchased from our store. This policy applies to all items available on our website, subject to the terms outlined below.

• Eligibility for Return or Replacement:
  Products are eligible for return or replacement if they are in their original condition and packaging as delivered.

• Timeframe for Returns and Replacements:

  • Returns must be initiated within three (3) days of purchase.
  • Replacements must be requested within seven (7) days of purchase.

• How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
  Contact us through the "Contact Us" page or via phone. Provide a photo of the product, along with your city, address, and order number, for verification.

• Conditions for Refunds and Replacements:

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or significantly differs from its description on our website, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
  • A full refund is guaranteed if the product delivered is entirely different from what was described on the product page.
  • Returns requested without a valid defect or issue will incur a deduction of 30% of the product price or a minimum fee of 25 dirhams, whichever is higher.

  • We are not responsible for customer expectations of product performance unless explicitly stated on the product page.
  • For defective or damaged items, we will arrange for a replacement once the claim is validated.
